We want to make your ordering and customer service experiences as good as they can be. If you have any questions at all regarding your account, or need specific details on our products and services, speak with your our team member.

Pricing

The prices posted on the site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and handling costs. The price is payable in a single payment at the time of the order. We make every effort to keep our prices low and to offer the best value possible. Pricing is based on current market value for products, which is subject to change, and you can count on us to reflect price decreases as soon as they take effect. As a business customer, you’ll benefit from substantial discounts on all prices shown. Due to market conditions, all prices shown are in effect at the date of website visit and are subject to change without notice.

Taxes

Prices quoted exclude taxes. Provinciale, federale and harmonized taxes will be added to purchases where applicable. Alberta, Northwest Territories and Yukon The rate of the tax on products and services will be 5 % (no provinciale tax). British Columbia The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 12 % (Federale 5 % and Provinciale 7 %). Prince Edward Island The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 14 % (5 % Federale and 9 % Provinciale). Nova Scotia The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 15 % (5 % Federale and 10 % Provinciale). Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 13 % (5 % Federale and 8 % Provinciale). Quebec The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 14.975 % (5 % Federale and 9.975 % Provinciale). Saskatchewan The rate of the harmonized taxes will be 10 % (5 % Federale and 5 % Provinciale).

Payment terms

The payment by credit card: Visa and Mastercard, must accompany the order. Payment terms are subject to change without notice.

Product Changes, Substitutions and Errors

All descriptions and illustrations are based on the best information available at the time of publication. Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to errors and we are not responsible for errors. Colours are approximate and may differ from those shown. Unless indicated, contents are not included with merchandise displayed. Manufacturers’ specifications may change or products may be discontinued without notice. Should an item become unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the item with a comparable substitution of equal or greater value at the time of your order placement.

Returns

Not happy with your purchase? Simply contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Products cannot be returned without a return authorization number. The authorization must be obtained in advance. Most items may be returned in their complete and original unopened packaging, including all manuals and accessories, within 10 days of delivery. All returns must be in re-sellable condition. See “Product Return Conditions” below.

Product Return Conditions:

• Office Supplies must be returned unopened within 100 days of purchase

• Under certain conditions, restocking and/or delivery charges may be applied

• Special-ordered, non-stock and promotional merchandise, are non-cancellable and non-returnable

• Refused delivery may be subject to additional charges.

Damaged goods and shortages

In case of damage or shortage in shipments, note the discrepancy on the bill of lading/packing slip before signing for receipt of the order and notify us immediately with a copy of the bill of lading/packing slip. Notification must be reported within 5 days of shipment. Where there is concealed damage, retain the packaging for inspection. For shipments delivered by a courier or freight company, report the claim to the carrier and obtain an inspection report. Notify Lamarche Importation Boutique and we will cooperate to help you secure a satisfactory adjustment.

Delivery

In an order to counter harmful enveronmental effects caused by frequent small orders, the orders below $30 (before taxes, after coupons and price matches) are subject to a 3.50$ handling fee. Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Orders placed outside of local trading areas will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight and delivery distance of the order.

The prices are in Canadian dollars. Do not hesitate to communicate with us for any question concerning the price lists of expedition or the delivery deadlines. Please note that these price lists are subject to changes without advance notice.
